Tasks:
The main problem was that the site was optimized for one region - the city of Kyiv. Accordingly, it was not possible to immediately remove all content from the main pages and metatags related to Kyiv, as there was a threat of falling under Google sanctions. Therefore, the work on changing the content was carried out gradually and the regional semantics were redirected to the page "Shop in Kyiv". These works were carried out for three months. During these works, we encountered a drop in traffic in November. This was also preceded by a seasonal drop in traffic. But the situation has already improved in January.
Comparison of two periods of the season - 1.03.2020-31.03.2020 and 1.03.2021-31.03.2021 The number of clicks increased by 817%, impressions by 477%. The average position is 10.7, in 2020 it was 19.8.
